Consider approving the appointment of Nancy McCormick to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board for a term extending through October 14, 1995.

2. Ordinance: Set Date for Petition No. 400-92-121. Sam Clark
Set date of February 16, 1993 at 6:20 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending a portion of the Sunset Oaks Plat B and Sunset Oaks Plat B Addition Subdivisions.

E. NEW BUSINESS
1. Resolution: Set Date for TEFRA Hearing. Airport Revenue Bonds
Set date of February 2, 1993 at 6:40 p.m. to accept public comment as required by federal tax law for Airport Revenue Bonds to finance runway and airport improvements.

2. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement. Water and Sewer Service
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake city Corporation, Sugarhouse Park Authority and Salt Lake County for resolving water and sewer service to Sugarhouse Park. Also, to resolve easement locations for Public Utility facilities.
