1. Set a date for a non-advertised public hearing on Tuesday, March 5, 1985 at 7:15 p.m. to discuss Petition No. 400-273 of 1985 submitted by Tate/Brubaker requesting closure of Volney Court at 700 South and 200 West.

G. UNFINISHED COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 2 of Title 51 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, by adding new Sections 51-2-13.1 and 51-2-15.6 relating to definitions; and consider and adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 12A of Title 51 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as amended, by amending Section 51-12A-1 and 51-12A-2 and adding new Sections 51-12A-3 and 51-12A-4, relating to the Foothill Development Overlay Zone.
