4. The Council will receive an update regarding issues at the 1997 Legislative Session.
5. The Council will consider adopting a motion to

Clean Cities Program)

of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and

for the hiring of a Clean Cities Coordinator to promote the use of alternative
fuels.

accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Salt Lake City

Employees and Elected Officials of Salt Lake City.

Set date of March
11, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an
ordinance amending Section 12.96.025, Salt Lake City Code, relating to vehicle
immobilization and immobilization release fees. (An ordinance change and
fee schedule that would allow the City to immobilize vehicles that would
otherwise be towed, and establishing for vehicle immobilization release, towing,
impound and related fees).

annexation to the City.
