C. NEW COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Consider and adopt a resolution stating that the Board of Equalization and Review, as required by law, for Curb and Gutter Extension No. 38-700 of Salt Lake City, Utah, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, shall meet on March 27 and 28, 1984, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on March 29, 1984 to hear and consider any objections to and make corrections of any proposed assessments which the said Board may deem unequal or unjust, in conjunction with the Special Improvement Tax proposed to be levied and assessed on the property within said Curb and Gutter Extension No. 38-700.

2. Consider and adopt a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for Salt Lake County to provide $60,000 to the City for the purpose of administering and engineering the Central City drainage master plan, Project No. 47-Q-1.

3. Consider and adopt an ordinance changing the name of “Sperry Court” as it lies between North Temple and 700 North in Salt Lake City, Utah, to hereinafter be known as “Washington Street” upon the official street map of Salt Lake City by amending Section 41-6-1 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965.

1. Receive a report from the City Engineer on the tabulation of protests received concerning the proposed creation of Salt Lake City, Utah Curb and Gutter Extension No. 38-750.
2. Receive a report from the City Engineer on the tabulation of protests received concerning the proposed creation of Salt Lake City, Utah Curb and Gutter Extension No. 38—728 (Main Street Beautification Extension).
3. Miscellaneous items relating to Council business.
