1. Ordinance: Set Date (Housing Code)
Set date of March 8, 1994 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider
adopting an ordinance relating to existing residential housing and dangerous
buildings.

2. Ordinance: Set Date - Petition No. 400-93-103 (Berinstein/VaSiliOu)
Set date of March 1, 1994 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider
adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of and closing a portion of an alley
between Major Street and State Street and between Herbert Street and Harvard
Street.

3. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement. Salt Lake County
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County
for a cost sharing fire flow study to determine if the capacity of the City's
water distribution system serving County residents is sufficient to meet the
GPM flows for fire protection purposes.
