1. Consider and approve the Preliminary Official Statement for the Water and Sewer Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series 1983.
2. Consider and adopt an ordinance closing the eastern 148.5-foot portion of Girard Avenue between approximately 550 and 560 West at 530 North, but reserving utilities easements and retaining title, relating to request of Petition 262 of 1982 submitted by General Distributing Company.
