Consider adopting a resolution setting the date of January 8, 1991 at 6:20 p.m. to accept public comment, and declaring Notice of Intention for the renewal of Street Lighting Special Improvement District #3 concerning projected lighting costs from April 1, 1991 to April 1, 1994.
