Consider approving the appointment of Martha Roseto to the Civilian Review Board for a term extending through June 7, 1999.

3. Resolution:  Set date - Petition No. 400-97-44 (Boundary Adjustment with South Salt Lake City along 500 East Street Between 2500-2600 South)

G. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

1.  Subdivision Plat Amendment:  Petition No. 400-97-41  (Salt Lake Valley Habitat for
     Humanity)
     Accept public comment and consider Petition No. 400-97-41 from Salt Lake Valley Habitat for Humanity requesting to amend Lots 9, 10, and 11, Block 1, Whalon's Addition Subdivision at approximately 750 South Goshen Street. (Staff report, analysis, and background information is provided.)

2.  Ordinance:  Petition No. 400-96-56  (Petitioner:  Heathre Ludlowe/Alley Vacation)
     Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley
     located between 700 South and Indiana Avenue (830 South) and between 1000 West
     and Goshen Street (1050 West), pursuant to Petition No. 400-96-56. (Staff report, analysis,    and background information is provided.)
