1. Special Lighting District 3. Consider and adopt a resolution creating a Board of Equalization and Review, as required by law for Lighting District No. 3 of Salt Lake City and setting dates for Board of Equalization and Review meetings between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 1986, and on Tuesday and Wednesday January 14 and 15, 1986 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to hear and consider any objections to and make corrections of any proposed assessment which the Board may deem unequal or unjust; and authorizing and directing the publication and mailing of notices to property owners for Board of Equalization and Review meetings.
