Consider adopting a resolution of the City Council of Salt
Lake City consenting to and approving the financing by the Redevelopment Agency
of Salt Lake City, Utah (The “Agency”) of expenditures incurred on public
improvements within the C.B.D. Neighborhood Development Project area; declaring
that such improvements are of benefit to said project area; and related
matters.
