PLEASE NOTE: At 4:45 p.m. in Room 211, Palmer DePaulis, Director of Public Works, will brief the Council on various public works projects, including Special Improvement District No. 38-763 (Westside Streets) and other special improvement districts. At 5:00 p.m. in Room 301, the Council will meet as the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency. The council meeting will begin immediately after the redevelopment meeting in Room 301.
E. UNFINISHED COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Consider and discuss Petition No. 400-53 submitted by M. Carl Larsen requesting the rezoning of property on the southwest corner of 8th South and West Temple from “R-6” and “B-3” classification to a “C-3A” classification.

2. Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Section 51-12-7 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by rezoning the property located on the northwest corner of 1700 South and 900 West from “R-2” to as requested by 7-11 Stores (Southland Corporation) in Petition No. 400-200.
