B. WORK SESSION: 7:00 p.m., down stairs meeting room of the Library.
1. The Council will devote a maximum of 30 minutes to comments from the residents of District Seven in the order in which the cards are collected. (Comments are taken on any item as well as on any other City business. Comments are limited to two minutes each.)
2. (TENTATIVE) The Council will receive a follow-up briefing regarding a loan application from the Housing Trust Fund to Wasatch Advantage Group, LLC for the construction of the Providence Place Apartment Project to be located at 309 East 100 South. (Item E1)
3. The Council will receive an update on the Parley’s Creek Corridor Trail (PRATT trail), which will connect the Bonneville Shoreline Trail on the east with the Jordan River Parkway Trail on the west.
4. The Council will receive a follow-up briefing regarding an ordinance to zone properties on Lakeline Drive to Foothill Residential (FR-3) (Romney Lumber Annexation) (Petition No. 400-05-41) (Item E3)
5. Report of the Executive Director, including a review of Council information items and announcements.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a loan from
Salt Lake City’s Housing Trust Fund to Wasatch Advantage Group, LLC for the
Providence Place Apartment Project.

2. Ordinance – City-Owned Motor Vehicles
Consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 2.54 of
the Salt Lake City Code relating to City-Owned motor vehicles. (Take-home
car program) (Establishing effective date of vehicle fee and other
clarifications)

3. Ordinance – Zone properties previously annexed into the City located between 2111 South Lakeline Drive and 2167 South Lakeline Drive
Consider adopting an ordinance zoning six properties,
which were previously annexed into the City, located between 2111 South Lakeline
Drive and 2167 South Lakeline Drive, as Foothill Residential (FR-3) (Romney
Lumber Annexation) (Petition No. 400-05-41)

F. CONSENT:
1. Property Conveyance – lease agreement at 323 – 325 South 500 East
Consider requesting that the Administration hold a hearing at 5:00 p.m. on August 8, 2006 regarding a request for a lease agreement for an encroachment into the public way between 323 to 325 South 500 East to accommodate a subsurface sand interceptor on the west side of the parking structure. Compensation will be tendered.

2. Property Conveyance – lease agreement at 122 – 132 West Pierpont Avenue
Consider requesting that the Administration hold a hearing at 5:00 p.m. on August 8, 2006 regarding a request for a lease agreement for an encroachment into the public way between 122 to 132 West Pierpont Avenue to accommodate a subsurface vault and a surface outdoor patio area. Compensation will be tendered.

accommodate a low pitch roof with an eave projection. Compensation will be
tendered.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of a modification to an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation for concrete polymer overlay on the Jordan River Bridge deck on 2100 South.
