a motion approving the following decisions made by the Planning
Director:
Subdivision Plat Vacation for the Holmes and Henderson
Subdivision at 50 South Orange Street: Conditional use approval of the
Diamond Parking planned development was subject to vacation of the Holmes and
Henderson Subdivision, an old residential subdivision at 50 South Orange Street
that was never developed. All streets within the subdivision boundary were
vacated some time ago. Planning Director's Decision: Approve subject
to meeting all City departmental concerns. (P
