1. Report of the Executive Director, including review of Council information items and announcements. (Estimated time: 5 minutes)
2. The Council will hold a discussion relating to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) programs and conduct straw polls regarding the recommended 24th year budget. (Continuation of April 14, 1998 briefing -- estimated time: 20 minutes)
(The
following items as well as items from the above list that Council is unable to
complete in Briefing Session will be addressed in a "Committee of the Whole"
setting following the public hearings.)
3. The Council will consider adopting a motion to
enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss labor
negotiations. (Estimated time: 15 minutes)
