1. Ordinance: Set Date - Petition No. 400-93-121 (Liljenquist)
Set date of May 10, 1994 at 6:10 p.m. to accept public comment and consider
adopting an ordinance vacating portions of the Syndicate Place Subdivision at
2050 South 300 West.

2. Ordinance: Set Date - Petition No. 400-93-112 (S.L.C. Public Works)
Set date of May 10, 1994 at 6:15 p.m. to accept public comment and consider
adopting an ordinance renaming Buccaneer Street to Buccaneer Drive.

3. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement(Salt Lake County)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County
providing the services of James W. Davis, Salt Lake City's Director of Housing
and Economic Development, to assist the County with its housing initiatives.

4. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Aareement (Utah Department of
Transportation, Kazuo Matsubayaski)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation, the Utah Department
of Transportation and Kazuo Matsubayaski for the design, execution and
placement of an art work on the median on North Temple Street between 200 West
and 300 West.

5. Resolution: Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19
Consider adopting a resolution amending Salt Lake City, Utah Special
Improvement District No. 3 as described in the Resolution No. 21 of 1993, by
adding Project Area 38-9 16 described as property bounded by and abutting
Virginia Street in the Federal Heights neighborhood from the north side of
South Temple to the north side of 11th Avenue.

Consider adopting a resolution and related motions adopting the final
statement regarding 20th year Community Development Block Grant funding and
approving an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City and the
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

2. Ordinance: Landfill Budget Amendment #1
Consider adopting an ordinance amending the Landfill Budget which was prepared
and submitted by the Solid Waste Management Council for calendar year 1994.
