1. Set a date for Tuesday, April 24, 1984 at 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, April 26, 1984 at 5:00 p.m. in Room 211 for a public hearing to discuss UDAG participation in the Ruler Industries Expansion Project.

E. UNFINISHED COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Consider and adopt a resolution rejecting the current bids for the Main Street Beautification Project No. 38-728 and authorizing the rebidding, with bids to be opened before the City Council in their meeting of Tuesday, May 8, 1984.

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE COUNCIL MEETING, THE CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET AS THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
1. Discuss proposed changes to city ordinances for weed control.
2. Discuss the resolution and interlocal agreement necessary to implement the Federal Heights Alley Trash Collection Special Service District.
3. Discuss the request of Delbert B. Ward for repeal of Section 15-2-3.22 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, pertaining to retroactive requirements for modification of existing buildings of two-story height.
4. The Salt Lake Area Community Councils (SLACC) Budget Committee will present recommendations for the Fiscal Year 1984-85 budget.
5. Al Haines will brief the Council on the Fiscal Year 1984-85 budget.
6. Discuss miscellaneous items relating to Council business.
