D.     CONSENT:

1.      Board Appointment: Wallace Cooper
        Consider approving the appointment of Wallace Cooper to the
        Historical Landmark  Committee, to fill the vacancy created by
        Michael Stransky, for a term extending through July 14, 1991,

                  Staff recommendation:            Approve.

2.      Board Appointment: Sandra Hatch
        Consider approving the appointment of Sandra Hatch to the
        Historical Landmark Committee, to fill the vacancy created by
        Linda Ediken, for a term extending through July 14, 1993.

                  Staff recommendation:            Approve.

3.    Board Appointment: W. Boyd Mattinson

Consider approving the appointment of W. Boyd Mattinson to the Community Development Advisory Committee, to fill the vacancy created by Bernice Cook, for a term extending through July 1993.

4.     Ordinance: Red Hangar
       Set date of May 7, 1991 at 6:20 p.m. to accept public comment and
        consider adopting an ordinance requesting Salt Lake city to amend
        Section 21.60.020 to allow specialty laundries in a C-3 zone.

E.            NEW BUSINESS:

1.     Ordinance: Moratorium on Demolition in Proposed Central city
       Historic District
       Consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 64 of Title 18, of
       the Salt Lake City Code, relating to demolition permits, by adding
       thereto a new Section 10.64.080.

                  Staff recommendation:            Suspend and adopt.

2.     Ordinance: Creation of New Historic District
       Set date of either May 14, 1991 at 6:40 p.m. or May 21, 1991 at
       6:20 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an
       ordinance amending Chapter 21.74 dealing with Historic Districts
       and landmark Sites, to create a new district and to allow the
       regulation of related non-historic buildings or sites.

        3.     Ordinance: Creation of New Historic District

Set date of either May 7, 1991 at 6:40 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance to allow outside dining in the required front yard setback.

F.     UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

1.     Resolution: 17th Year CDBG Funding
       Consider adopting a resolution adopting the final statement
       regarding Salt Lake City's 17th Year (1991-1992) Community
       Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding and authorizing the Mayor
       to apply for and sign a Grant Agreement with the U.S. Department
       of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to obtain said funding.
