Consider adopting a resolution approving an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation, Salt Lake County, Murray City, South Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Midvale City, Sandy City, West Jordan City, South Jordan and the Town of Alta providing for a Metro Arson Task Force.

1. Ordinance: Special Improvement District #38-862
Consider adopting an ordinance confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the Central Business District know as Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-862, for the purpose of paying the costs of construction of decorative sidewalks, new curbs and gutters, street landscaping, planters, improved street lighting, new storm drain facilities, sprinkling systems, removal of railroad tracks, and roadway construction and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a special improvement guaranty fund; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.
