1. Brent Wilde, Planning and Zoning Division, will brief the Council on the proposed City Creek Canyon Master Plan during a tour of the canyon.
2. Dan Smith, Planning and Zoning Division, will brief the Council on the proposed Downtown Master Plan.
3. Al Blair, Building and Housing Division, and Ed Lunt, Housing Advisory and Appeals Board Chairman, will brief the Council on the proposed revisions to demolition fees and the demolition ordinance.
4. The Council will discuss a proposed resolution to waive alley vacation fees in certain circumstances.
