1. Al Haines will brief the Council on the Certificates of Participation that will be used to finance fleet purchases.
2. Stephen Goldsmith will introduce the Salt Lake Arts Council’s Urban Design Awards program.
3. Members of the Neighborhood Reusing Services Board of Directors will introduce the target block concept N.H.S. will try to implement in the Westside N.H.S. neighborhood.
NOTE: Members of the Council will tour Curtis School and Foothill Village between4:00 and 4:45 p.m.
