2. Kenneth Wynn, Utah Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, will brief the Council on possible locations for a state liquor store.

3. Brent Wilde will brief the Council on the proposed East Central rezoning and proposed modifications to the R-5 zone.

4. David Luscher will present the results of a needs assessment for elderly and low-income housing.
