1. Discuss Petition No. 310 by Bush and Gudgell requesting revision of zoning ordinances to allow detached car washes as conditional uses in C-1 zones.

2. Dennis Robbins of Alexander Grant & Company will report to the Council on the status of the Fiscal Year 1984-85 financial audit.

3. Louis Miller, Director of Airports, will brief the Council on the proposed amendment to Chapter 2 which would prohibit all Stage 1 (noise level) aircraft from taking off or landing at Salt Lake City International airport.

4. Arlo Nelson, Capital Planning and Programming Manager, will brief the Council on the proposed 7-Year Capital Improvements Plan.
