AGENDA ITEMS
1. The Engineering Department will brief the Council on Special Improvement District 750, a non-contiguous street curb and gutter improvement district and SID 728, the Main Street Beautification District. Also, additions to SID 681.
2. 2. Doug Carlson will brief the Council on the request for an extension of the City’s construction financing loan from 12 months to 14 months for the Neighborhood Housing Services Owner-Built Housing Project. Mr. Carlson will also brief the Council on the requested change in the NHS budget and the UDAG application status for Clark Financial Corporation.
3. Al Blair will brief the Council on items relating to Fund Balance, the 1983 audit and items relating to the Budget Opening for Fiscal Year 1983-84.
26. Craig Peterson will brief the Council on items relating to development in the Northwest Quadrant and impact fees.
