Required: Candidate must have advanced skills and experience relevant to the job requirements and the City’s needs.
1. Division Manager e-mails Department Director requesting higher-than-routine rate and stating business reason. Copies requesting department’s HR Consultant and City’s Compensation Program Administrator.
2. If Department Director approves the request, forwards it (along with basis for approval) to Compensation Program Administrator and copies requesting department’s HR Consultant.
3. Compensation Program Administrator approves or denies and notifies requesting Department Director, Division Manager and payroll preparer. If denied, Compensation Program Administrator reviews with department director.
