A. Information Needed by Council Staff
1. Council Schedule: The Council Chair asked staff to alert Council Members that, due to the short summer schedule we have had, we have a number of issues that will need to be addressed in late September and in October. Dave would like to suggest that the Council Members tentatively reserve September 28 as an extra meeting night just in case it is needed. Would that work for Council Members? Ms. Gust-Jenson said there were two Council Members who had conflicts on September 28th. Councilmember Buhler said he was just asking Council Members to hold the date open because a lot of items were backing up. He said he hoped the meeting would not be needed and would keep the Council posted.
2. Ms. Gust-Jenson said another issue which just came up was the 900th and 900th Street Fair scheduled for this Saturday. She said John Naser said they were trying to put together a last minute program or something and may be contacting the Council to invite Council Members Love and Saxton to participate. She said she did not know the specific time.
