A. Decisions, Feedback & Information needed by staff
1. Philippe Wyffels from the Leonardo at Library Square would like to have the principal architect brief Council Members on the building programming and architectural solutions. Times are limited since he will only be in town for two days, November 21 and 22. Two possible times: Monday, November 21 at 5:00 or Tuesday, November 22 at noon. The meetings can be at the Council Office if Council Members are interested. (Note: This is the week of Thanksgiving.) Another possibility would be for the local architect to update the council at a regular work session. Are any Council Members interested in meeting with the principal architect when he is in town?
