A. Decisions, Feedback & Information needed by staff
1. As per City ordinance Chapter 2.44 Conflict of Interest, city employees are required to submit a conflict of interest statement if they are an officer, director, agent, employer or employee of any business entity, or the owner of a substantial interest in any business entity.
Each of you submitted a conflict of interest form after being elected; however, you are required to submit another form each year in January if your position in the business entity has materially increased since the last disclosure.
Attached is a conflict of interest form. If you need to make changes, please submit to Lehua after signing and notarizing the form. Council Members said ok.
Cindy asked about the retreat on January 21st, 2003. It was decided that the Chair and Vice Chair would make a decision on where it would be held. It was decided that the retreat would start at 5:00 p.m. and dinner would be served around 6:00 p.m.
Formal meeting on Thursday, January 16, 2003????? Councilmember Christensen wants to schedule a formal meeting on January 16th in case the Council wants to vote on the move of KUTV.
Cindy Gust-Jenson said the retreat would be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2003 and a formal would be on Thursday, January 23, 2003.
