1.    LETTER FROM THE CITY COUNCIL CHAIR:  Attached a draft letter to Rep. Mary Carlson. The Chair and Vice Chair have reviewed the draft. Does the Council approve the letter?

A: All Council Members were in favor of sending the letter.

2.    TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER QUARTERLY REPORT: Attached is the quarterly status report regarding the implementation of the City’s new computerized traffic signal system at the Traffic Control Center.  Would the Council like a briefing?

A: Council Member Rogan said he wanted the Transportation Division to take him on a tour of one to three streets where the traffic lights were actually coordinated.  Council Member K. Christensen said the Transportation Division needed to get a very strong signal from the Council that they were not pleased with the results.
