A. Property Conveyances: Does the Council wish to hold hearings?
1. The Salt Lake City School District is proposing to redevelop land at 1745 South and 17th West. The City is requiring a disclaimer that existing sewer easements will be privately owned and maintained. Compensation tendered is $0.85 per square foot.
2. The Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints proposes to expand facilities on its land between I-215 and Redwood Rd, North of 21st South. The easement crosses a large parcel of land which fronts 17th So., Industrial Road (1900 West) and I-215. The sewer and water lines will remain but will become privately owned and maintained. Compensation tendered is $0.85 per square foot, total $13,940.
