SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 82 of 2001
(Amending the Capitol Hill Community Master Plan)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CAPITOL HILL COMMUNITY MASTER PLAN, PURSUANT TO SECTION 10-9-303, UTAH CODE ANNOTATED AND PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-98-24.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, has held public hearings before its own body and before the Planning Commission as required by Section 10-9-303, Utah Code Annotated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is appropriate under Section 10-9-301, et. seq., Utah Code Annotated, and in the best interests of the City to amend the Capitol Hill Community Master Plan as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the Capitol Hill Community Master Plan shall be and hereby is amended, pursuant to § 10-9-303, Utah Code Annotated, as set forth in the amendments attached hereto as Exhibit “A.”
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its first publication.
SECTION 3. The City Recorder is hereby directed to retain three certified copies of the Amended Capitol Hill Community Master Plan for the public record. The City Recorder is also instructed to record this ordinance with the Salt Lake County Recorder.
