SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE

No. 68 of 2000

(Amending Section 21A.32.140 of the Salt Lake City Code

Regarding Allowed Uses in Business Park Districts)

 

      AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21A.32.140 OF THE SALT LAKE CITY CODE REGARDING THE ALLOWED USES IN THE BUSINESS PARK (BP) ZONING DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-00-20.

      WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Zoning Code contains information regarding the specific uses which are allowed in various zoning districts; and

      WHEREAS, the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah finds after public hearings before its own body and before the Planning Commission that portions of the Salt Lake City Zoning Code which relate to the uses allowed in the Business Park (BP) Zoning District should be amended and that such amendments are in the best interest of the City;

      NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:

      SECTION 1.  That the table located at Section 21A.32.140 of the Salt Lake City Code entitled “Table of Permitted and Conditional Uses for Special Purpose Districts,” shall be and hereby is amended to read as set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

      SECTION 2.  Effective Date.  This ordinance shall become effective on the date of its first publication.

      Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 12th day of September, 2000.
