SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 20 of 2004
(Amending the Northwest Community Master Plan)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NORTHWEST COMMUNITY MASTER PLAN, PURSUANT TO PETITION NO. 400-03-18.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and the City Council have held public hearings as required by the Utah Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is appropriate and in the best interests of the City to amend the Northwest Community Master Plan as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. Amendment. The Northwest Community Master Plan shall be and hereby is amended, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated § 10-9-303, as set forth in the amendments attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its first publication.
SECTION 3. Public Record. The City Recorder is hereby directed to retain three certified copies of the amended Northwest Community Master Plan for the public record.
