SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE
No. 52 of 1999
(Uniform Building Code fees)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.32.035, SALT LAKE CITY CODE, RELATING TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE FEES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 18.32.035, Salt Lake City Code, relating to fees as set forth in the Uniform Building Code be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
18.32.035 Fees.
Building permit fees, plan review fees and other fees set forth in Section 107 of the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Building Code shall be in the amount indicated in said section
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the date of its first publication.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah this 8th day of June, 1999.
