The Salt Lake City Council’s Small Business Subcommittee and available Council Members may attend a meeting with Frank Gray, Director of Community & Economic Development, regarding proposed Zoning Code amendments to decrease the number of off-street parking stalls currently required for businesses, allow options for expanded off-street, shared or alternative parking and loading requirements, revise applicable land use definitions, and adjust the Permitted and Conditional Use Tables for Residential and Commercial Zoning Districts prior to the July 1, 2008 Public Hearing.
