THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, MET IN REGULAR SESSION ON TUESDAY, MARCH 25, 1986, AT 6:45 P.M. AT THE GLENDALE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL, 1430 ANDREW AVENUE.
THE FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEMBERS WERE PRESENT: FLORENCE BITTNER THOMAS M. GODFREY GRANT MABEY ROSELYN N. KIRK SYDNEY R. FONNESBECK WILLIE STOLER EARL F. HARDWICK.
Mayor Palmer DePaulis was present. Roger Cutler, city attorney, Kathryn Marshall, city recorder, and Lynda Domino, chief deputy recorder, were absent.
Council Chairperson Hardwick presided at and Councilmember Stoler conducted.
DEPARTMENTAL BUSINESS
PARKS DEPARTMENT
#1. RE: An ordinance relating to green fees and golf pass prices.
ACTION: Councilmember Godfrey moved and Councilmember Kirk seconded to ratify action taken on March 18, 1986, and adopt Ordinance 26 of 1986 amending Section 27-9-1 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to green fees and golf pass prices, which motion carried, all members voting aye.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
UDAG - Block 57
RE: A public hearing at 6:45 p.m. concerning the proposed application by Salt Lake City for an Urban Development Action Grant In the amount of $9 million to be used to construct a parking facility and central heating and cooling facility in conjunction with the Williams Realty Company’s redevelopment of Block 57.
ACTION: Councilmember Godfrey moved and Councilmember Kirk seconded to close the public hearing, which motion carried, all members voting aye.
DISCUSSION: This application request was withdrawn. No one from the audience commented.
