THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, MET IN REGULAR SESSION ON THURSDAY, JULY 11, 1985, AT 5:30 P.M. IN ROOM 211 CITY AND COUNTY BUILDING.
THE FOLLOWING COUNCIL MEMBERS WERE PRESENT: RONALD J. WHITEHEAD THOMAS M. GODFREY EARL F. HARDWICK ROSELYN N. KIRK.
Mayor Palmer DePaulis was present at the meeting.
Councilmembers Mabey, Fonnesbeck, and Parker were absent. Albert Haines, chief administrative officer, Roger Cutler, city attorney, Kathryn Marshall, city recorder, and Lynda Domino, chief deputy recorder, were also absent.
Councilmember Hardwick conducted the meeting.
DEPARTMENTAL BUSINESS
PUBLIC WORKS
#1. RE: Special Improvement District 40-R-5.
ACTION: Councilmember Whitehead moved and Councilmember Godfrey seconded to adopt Resolution 79 of 1985 authorizing the issuance and providing for the sale of $400,000 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 1985, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Special Improvement District, Concrete Replacement No. 40-R-5, prescribing the form of bond and interest rates, maturity and denomination of said bonds; providing for the continuance of a guaranty fund as provided by statute; and providing when this resolution shall be in effect, which motion carried, all members present voting aye.
