TUESDAY, JANUARY 26, 1988
The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, met in regular session on Tuesday, January 26, 1988, at 6:45 p.m. at Jackson Elementary School, 750 West 200 North, Salt Lake City, Utah.
The following Council Members were present: Sydney Fonnesbeck Thomas Godfrey Alan Hardman Willie Stoler.
Councilmembers Bittner, Horrocks, and Kirk were absent. Mayor Palmer DePaulis, Roger Cutler, city attorney, Kathryn Marshall, city recorder, and Lynda Domino, chief deputy city recorder, were absent.
Council Chairperson Godfrey presided at and conducted the meeting.
DEPARTMENTAL BUSINESS
FINANCE DEPARTMENT
#1. RE: Landmark Hotel-Airport Holiday Inn, Industrial Development Revenue Bond.
ACTION: Councilmember Fonnesbeck moved and Councilmember Stoler seconded to adopt Resolution 9 of 1988 authorizing a second 6-month extension of the escrow period for the $8,800,000 Salt Lake City, Utah, Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Landmark Hotel-Airport Holiday Inn project) Series 1986, which motion carried, all members present voted aye.
