The City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, met in Regular Session on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in Room 315, City Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State.

Councilmember Turner presided at and conducted the meeting.

Councilmember Jergensen moved and Councilmember Saxton seconded to close the public hearing, which motion carried, all members present voted aye.
Councilmember Simonsen moved and Councilmember Love seconded to defer the issue to a future Work Session meeting to discuss policy considerations, which motion carried, all members present voted aye.
