1.     Resolution: Interlocal Agreement with Utah Department of Transportation

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation for the readjustment of manhole covers, rings, storm sewer clean out boxes and water valves with State highways when requested by UDOT.

2.     Resolution: Grant Agreement with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a grant Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the City's 1991 Rental Rehabilitation Program (RRP) allocation.

3.     Ordinance: Property Description Correction for Petition No. 400-861-90

Consider adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley between Fillmore Street, 1500 East, Parkway and Stratford Avenues pursuant to Petition No. 400-861-90.

4.     Ordinance: Menzies Petition No. 400-886-91 - Partial Alley Vacation

Set data of October 1, 1991 at 6:20 p.m. to accept public comment and consider ratifying an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley located between 1400 and 1500 East and between Sherman and Harrison Avenue pursuant to Petition No. 400-886-91.

4.     Resolution: Consolidated Animal Control Services

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement ~ Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County to provide joint undertakings and services.
