1.    Resolution: Salt Lake City-County Law Enforcement Agreement

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an amendment to an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County to continue to provide law enforcement services to the watershed areas outside the City’s limits.

2.    Resolution: License to Construct Watermain Ext. 33-C-1464

   Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for the license to construct a Watermain Extension within the County roads.

3.    Resolution: Foothill Boulevard Median Strip

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) for the landscaping and watering of the median strip of Foothill Boulevard.

4.    Resolution: Street Improvements at the Airport

The Council will consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and National Guard Bureau relating to street improvements at the Airport.

E.          NEW BUSINESS:

 

1.    Resolution: Gang Identification

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County, South Salt Lake City, Murray City, West Valley City, Sandy City and the Utah Division of Investigations establishing an organization to identify street gangs and suppress gang activities.

F.          UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

 

1.    Resolution: Utah General Obligation Refunding Bonds - City and County Building

The Council will consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of the Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 1991 (the "Bonds") in order to refund, defease and retire the City's outstanding General Obligation Public Building Bonds, Series 1986 (the "Refunding Bonds"); calling for the redemption of a portion of the Refunded Bonds prior to their maturity; authorizing the execution and delivery of an Escrow Deposit Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement with respect to the Bonds, and related matters.

Ordinance: Salt Lake Clinic Petition No. 400-926-91

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance closing and vacating portions of a public right-of-way known as Baddley Place near the Salt Lake Clinic between 300 and 400 South off 1000 East subject to certain conditions pursuant to Petition No. 400-926-91.

2.   6:30 p.m.

Accept public comment and consider adopting a resolution authorizing an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County consolidating Animal Control Services under the management of the County.
