2.    Ordinance: Petition No. 400-894-91, Alley Vacation, Alzheimers

Set date of November 19, 1991 at 6:50 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley located at approximately 290 South between 1100 West and Glendale Street.

Set date of November 12, 1991 at 6:40 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley located at approximately 369 East Williams Avenue.

4.    Resolution: Interlocal Agreement, Watermain Extension No. 33-C-1412

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for a City Watermain Extension to be installed in a County road, Eastwood Drive from Westwood Drive to 3580 South.

5.    Resolution: Interlocal Agreement, Amendment No. 3, Water Samples

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an amendment to an interlocal agreement between Salt Lake City/County Health Department, United States Forest Service, Salt Lake City Public Utilities and the Utah State Division of Environmental Health Services relating to collection and analysis of water quality samples.

6.    Resolution: Interlocal Agreement, Bituminous Materials Tests

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation, Materials and Research Section for construction materials testing services.

7.    Resolution: Interlocal Agreement Amendment, First Step House

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an amendment to the interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County for improvements at First Step House.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the implementation of the Salt Lake City Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund.

Accept public comment and consider adopting two ordinances vacating a portion of the Terrace Heights Subdivision, pursuant to Petition No. 400-887-91.

2.    Ordinance: Fit Premises/Landlord Tenant

Note:  As an introduction to this agenda item, Mayor Palmer DePaulis will give a report on the City’s Housing efforts.  Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance enacting Chapter 18.96.010, to the Salt Lake City Code, 1988, as amended, relating to Fit Premises.
