 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of a Cooperative Agreement Modification between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Transportation for the promotion and implementation of transportation demand management.

 Consider adopting a motion approving the following decisions made by the Planning Director:

 

 a. Petition No. 400-94-84, Western Sheet Metal: proposed plat amendment to part of Lot 1 in Centennial Industrial Park to create three smaller lots in a M-1A zone located near 3850 West and 1850 South. Planning Director's Decision: Approve with departmental conditions (P 94-208);

 

 b. Petition No. 400-94-80, The Sanders Company: proposed plat amendment to another part of Lot 1 in Phase III of Centennial Industrial Park to create two smaller lots in a M-lA zone located near 3850 West and 2100 South. Planning Director's Decision: Approve with departmental conditions (P 94-209);

 

 c. Petition No. 400-94-78, Alder Construction: proposed plat amendment to Lot 1 in Phase II of Centennial Industrial Park to create four smaller lots in a M-1A zone located near 3230 West and 2100 South. Planning Director's Decision: Approve with departmental conditions (P 94-210); and

 1. Motion: Salt Lake Association of Community Councils

 Consider adopting a motion amending the attachment to an ordinance pertaining to recognized and registered neighborhood-based organizations of the Salt Lake Association of Community Councils.

 Consider adopting an ordinance providing for the emergency demolition of buildings.

C. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

 1. Ordinance: Petition No. 400-943 (Steven Erickson, representing Dr. K. S. Park)

 Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance to rezone approximately 5.7 acres of property in Perry's Hollow, located west of Perry's Hollow Road (1250 East) at the terminus of Scenic Drive (650 North). Petitioner has requested a hearing to appeal the Planning Commission's denial of his request.

 Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance pertaining to the Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA); the classification, retention and management of City records; procedures to access public City records; security of non-public City records; the appeals process for persons aggrieved by a determination regarding a City record; and the authority and responsibility of the Records Committee and the Records Appeals Board.
