Consider approving the appointment of Judith Romney Wolbach to the Salt Lake City Arts Council for a term extending through July 1995.

Consider approving the appointment of J. Louis Schricker, Jr. the City and County Building Conservancy and Use Committee for a term extending through July 1994.

3. Ordinance: Petition No. 400-92-36, Alan Shelby

Set date of November 3, 1992 at 6:20 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance rezoning property located at 1955 to 2025 South 1300 East.

E. NEW BUSINESS:

1. Legislative Action: Councilmember Tom Godfrey

Consider requesting the Mayor to enter a protocol agreement or consider adopting an ordinance limiting the dollar amount the Administrative branch may spend for relocation costs for City executive employees.

Staff Recommendation: Refer to Administration for review.

1. Ordinance: Petition Numbers 400-92-49, and 400-963

Accept public comment and consider adopting ordinances which close a portion of Central Street between 4300 and 4400 West and vacate a railroad crossing at approximately 4150 West 860 South.

Staff Recommendation: Close and Adopt Ordinances.

2. Ordinance: Petition Numbers 400-92-5, 400-92-6, and the Block Master Plan for Blocks 400/500 East Waterloo, submitted by St. Joseph Villa Nursing Home

Accept public comment and consider adopting two ordinances and a master plan which rezone property located at 475 Ramona Avenue and close a portion of Ramona Avenue between 400 and 500 East.
