1.    Board Appointment

Consider approving the appointment of Mauricio J. Mixco to the Historic Landmarks Committee for a term extending through July 14, 1994.

Consider approving the appointment of Helene Fairchild to the Salt Lake Library Board for a term extending through June 30, 1994.

Set date of December 10, 1991 at 6:30 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting Budget Amendment No. 2.

4.    Resolution: Railroad Crossing at 700 West and South Temple

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) providing for the installation of flashing light signals with grates, and seventy-three feet of crossing materials.

1.    Certification of Canvass for Municipal Election

The City Council will convene as the Board of Canvassers at during the regularly scheduled meeting to ratify a motion accepting the City Recorder’s statement from the abstract of votes constituting the canvass of the Municipal Election held November 5, 1991 for Mayor and Council Members in Council Districts 2, 4 and 6.

2.    Ordinance: Fit premises/Landlord Tenant

Consider adopting an ordinance enacting Chapter 18.96.010, to the Salt Lake City Code, 1998, as amended, relating to Fit Premises.

3.    Resolution: Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS)

Consider adopting a resolution approving the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS), and authorizing the Mayor to submit it to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance closing a portion of a street and alley located between 1600 and 1700 North and Beck and Chicago Streets.
