3. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, UDOT

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation for construction and maintenance of a sidewalk on the south side of State Road 186 from 1300 East to Guardsman Way in Salt Lake City.

4. Ordinance: Driving While Under the Influence

Consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 24, Section 100, Subsection A, of Title 12, Salt Lake City Code, relating to changing the calculation for driving under the influence from a percentage measure to a grams of weight measure.

5. Board Appointment, Judith Short

Consider approving the appointment of Judith P. Short to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term extending through July 1, 1994.

1. Resolution: Petition No. 400-92-18, Annexation Acception

Consider adopting a resolution accepting the Annexation Petition No. 400-92-18 as amended, for purposes of City Council review.

2. Ordinance: Petition No. 400-92-18 and 50, Scenic Circle Annexation and Zoning

Set date of January 5, 1993 at 6:20 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance recognizing the adoption of amendment 14-C to the master Annexation Policy Declarations; extending the limits of Salt Lake City to include the Scenic Circle Annexation, zoning the same residential “R-l” with the Foothill “F-1” overlay by amending the Use District Map as adopted by section 21.14.020 of the Salt Lake City Code; amending the Salt Lake City Council District Boundary Map; and approving the amendment of Arcadia Heights Plat “A” amended subdivision to dedicate the existing Scenic Circle stub.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Salt Lake City Corporation to participate in the Utah Micro-Enterprise Loan Fund (UMLF).

1. Ordinance: Special Improvement Lighting District No. 2

Consider adopting an ordinance levying a tax and providing for the assessment of property in Salt Lake City, Utah Special Lighting District No. 2 (The “District”), for a period of three (3) years; establishing the effective date of this ordinance, and related matters.

Accept public comment and consider adopting the ordinances listed below:

 

Ordinance: Residential ‘R-l-5000” Zoning District

Adopting the Residential “R-1-5000’ Zoning District as Chapter 21 of Title 21.

 

Ordinance: Closing a portion of 1300 South right-of-way

Closing a portion of 1300 South right-of-way along the North side of 1300 South between Glendale Street and the Jordan River.

 

Ordinance: Rezoning property

Rezoning property located between the Jordan River and Emery Street and 1300 South and Illinois Street.

 

Ordinance: Amendment of Burlington Place Addition

Approving the amendment of the Burlington Place Addition Subdivision by Vacating Lots 8 and 9.
