Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) for Econological Study - Wildlife Hazards Management to enable the USDA to conduct an ecological study as per Federal Aviation Regulations.

1.    Resolution:  Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the advertisement for sale of $9,000,000 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, Series 1993 of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah; authorizing the distribution of a preliminary official statement and official notice of sale for such notes; and providing for related matters.

1.  Resolution:  SID #40-R-19 Creation

Consider adopting a resolution to create Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19, as described in the Notice of Intention concerning the District and authorizing the City officials to proceed to make improvements as set forth in the Notice of Intention to create the District.

2.   Resolution:   SID #40-R-19 Bid

Consider adopting a resolution conditionally accepting a bid for construction work and, subject to approval of the City Engineer, authorizing execution of a construction contract with __________ for construction of improvements of Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19 (the "District"); providing for construction of improvements on certain streets in said City including replacement of all, or portions of deteriorated driveway approaches, curb, gutter and sidewalks; the installation of sod, topsoil, sidewalk ramps; the removal of illegal driveways; and the installation of new curb, gutter and sidewalk street improvements where none now exist; all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; for issuance of interim warrants and for the addition of the interest thereon to assessable costs and related matters.

Consider adopting a resolution to create Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-900 with modifications from the description of the District as proposed and set out in the Notice of Intention concerning the District, and authorizing the City officials to proceed to make improvements as set forth in the Notice of Intention to create the District.

 Consider adopting a resolution conditionally accepting a bid for construction work and, subject to approval of the City Engineer, authorizing execution of a construction contract with ___________ for construction of improvements of Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-900 (the "District");  providing for construction of improvements in the Central Business District including construction of decorative sidewalks, new curbs and gutters; street landscaping; planter boxes; street lighting; modification of an existing sidewalk vault; and reconstruction of pavements, and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; for issuance of interim warrants and for the addition of the interest thereon to assessable costs and related matters.
