 1. Ordinance: Set Date (Budget Amendment #4)

 Set date of June 7, 1994 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and  consider adopting an ordinance to amend the Fiscal Year 1993-94 Budget.

 2. Ordinance: Set Date - Petition No. 400-94-4 (Utah Non-Profit Housing)

 Set date of June 14, 1994 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and  consider adopting an ordinance rezoning property at the northwest corner of 800 South 800 East to provide for a density bonus for elderly housing.

 3. Ordinance: Set Date - Petition No. 400-93-57 (Zarbock)

 Set date of June 14, 1994 at 6:05 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Lot 1, Cambridge Industrial Park Subdivision, located at approximately 2080 West California Avenue.

 4. Ordinance: Petition No. 400-93-68

 Consider adopting a proposed ordinance amending ordinance no. 90 of 1993 to vacate a portion of an alley abutting 1280 West 300 South and the  correct legal description.

E. NEW BUSINESS:

 

 1. 1994-95 Revenue Enhancing Ordinances

 Consider adopting proposed revenue enhancing ordinances for Innkeeper Tax, Airport Parking Service Tax and Franchise Tax Amendment relating to the Mayor's proposed budget for fiscal year 1994-95.

F. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

 

1. Resolution

 Consider adopting the tentative budgets of Salt Lake City, including the tentative budget of the Library Fund, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1994 and ending June 30, 1995.

 

 Staff Recommendation: Adopt.

 

 2. Ordinance

 Consider adopting an ordinance approving a Memorandum of Understanding  between Salt Lake City Corporation and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the "100 Series" City employees.

 

 Staff Recommendation: Refer to June 14, 1994 Council meeting.

 

 3. Ordinance

 Consider adopting an ordinance approving a Memorandum of Understanding  between Salt Lake City Corporation and the American Federation of State,  County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the "200 Series" City employees.

 

 Staff Recommendation: Refer to June 14, 1994 Council

 meeting.

 

 4. Ordinance

 Consider adopting an ordinance relating to the Compensation Plan for Professional and Executive Employees and Elected Officials.

G. PUBLIC HEARINGS:

 

 1. Resolution (Industrial Development Revenue Refunding Bonds, TEFRA Hearing)

 Accept public comment and consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Refunding Bonds.

 2. Resolution: Proposed Salt Lake City Budget for Fiscal Year 1994-95

 Accept public comment regarding the proposed Salt Lake City budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1994 and ending June 30, 1995.
