D.  CONSENT:

 

     1.     Ordinance:  Set Date, Historic Landmark Committee Case No. 007-95  (Salt Lake Brewing Company)

           Set date of June 1, 1995 at 6:05 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance to place the Salt Lake Brewing Company building (460 South 1000 East) on the Salt Lake City Register of Cultural Resources.

     2.     Ordinance:  Set Date  (Budget Amendment #8)

           Set date of June 8, 1995 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance to amend the Fiscal Year 1994-95 Budget.

     3.     Ordinance:  Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19

           Consider adopting an ordinance confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19 for the purpose of paying the costs of certain designated improvements, and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a Special Improvement Guaranty Fund; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.

E.  NEW BUSINESS:

 

     1.     Concurrent Resolution:  2002 Olympic Winter Games

           Consider adopting a concurrent resolution with the Mayor reaffirming support for the award of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games to Salt Lake City and establishing the City's intent to study issues related to growth, to create a committee to evaluate those issues, and to establish City policy related to planning for the Game is Salt Lake City is selected.

     2.     Resolution:  Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, Series 1995

           Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the advertisement for sale of $10,000,000 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, Series 1995 of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah; authorizing the distribution of a Preliminary Official Statement and Official Notice of Sale for such Notes; authorizing the execution of a Letter of Representations; and providing for related matters.

     3.     Ordinance:  Building and Electrical Regulations

           Consider adopting an ordinance regarding building and electrical regulations pertaining to the proposed 1995-96 Salt Lake City budget.

     4.     Ordinance:  Executive Employees and Elected Officials

           Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for executive employees and elected officials of Salt Lake City.

     5.     Ordinance:  100 Series City Employees

           Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 1995-96, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1004 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the 100 Series City employees.

     6.     Ordinance:  200 Series City Employees

           Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 1995-96, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1004 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the 200 Series City employees.

     7.     Ordinance:  Professional Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees

           Consider adopting an ordinance approving the Compensation Plan for "300 Series"

           and "600 Series" professional exempt and non-exempt Salt Lake City Corporation employees.

     8.     Ordinance:  400 Series City Employees

           Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement, for fiscal year 1995-96, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and Local 1645 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the 400 Series City employees.

     9.     Ordinance:  Salt Lake Police Association Employees

           Consider adopting an ordinance approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Salt Lake Police Association, International Union of Police Associations, Local 75, AFL-CIO, representing the "500 Series" City employees.

           The City Council will convene as the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake City at their regular meeting place to consider approving a resolution adopting the budget of the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake City for fiscal year 1995-96.

     3.     Resolution:  Proposed Salt Lake City Budget for Fiscal Year 1995-96

           Accept public comment regarding the proposed Salt Lake City budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1995 and ending June 30, 1996.

     4.     Resolution:  Proposed Library Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 1995-96
