 Set date of April 6, 1993 at 6:30 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to historic districts and landmark sites.

 4. Resolution: Revocable Permit for Footbridge

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County approving a revocable permit for a footbridge across the City's Jordan and Salt Lake Canal at 170 East 7800 South in the County.

 5. Resolution: Construction of Highway

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation regarding construction of a highway between 2200 North and the Davis County line, which affects Salt Lake City roads.

 6. Resolution: Homeowners Training Program

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah State University that can provide training to homeowners through Utah State University Extension Service.

 7. Resolution: Laboratory Services Contract Amendment

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah State University Foundation relating to Amendment No. 6 to the agreement dated March 10, 1987, amending the term of the agreement and adding to the fees for services.

E. NEW BUSINESS:

 

 1. Resolution: special Improvement District #40-R-19

 Consider adopting a resolution declaring the intention of the City Council of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, to construct improvements on certain streets in said City including the replacement of all, or portions of deteriorated driveway approaches, curb, gutter and sidewalks; the installation of sod, topsoil, sidewalk ramps; the removal of illegal driveways; and the installation of new curb, gutter and sidewalk street improvements where none now exist; and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; to create Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19; to defray the cost and expenses of a portion of said Improvement District by special assessments to be levied against the property benefitted by such improvements; to provide notice of intention to authorize such improvements and to fix a time and place for protests against such improvements; or the creation of said district; and to authorize advertisement of construction bids and related matters.

 2. Resolution: Special Improvement District #38-900

 Consider adopting a resolution declaring the intention 9g the City Council of Salt Lake City, Sale Lake County, State of Utah, to construct improvements in the Central Business District including construction of decorative sidewalks, new curbs and gutters; street landscaping planter boxes; street lighting; modification of an electrical service sidewalk; and reconstruction of pavements and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; to create Salt Lake city, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-900; to defray the cost and expenses of a portion of said improvement district by special assessments to be levied against the property benefitted by such improvements; to provide notice of intention to authorize such improvements and to fix a time and place for protests against such improvements or the creation of said district; to authorize advertisement of construction bids and related matters.

 3. Resolution! Special Improvement Lighting District #1

 Consider adopting a resolution declaring the intention of the City Council of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah, to create Salt Lake City, Utah Lighting District No. 1; to operate, maintain, patrol and power lighting improvements; to defray a portion of the original capital cost of lighting improvements and the operation and maintenance expenses of said improvement district by special assessments to be levied against the properties benefitted by such lighting and improvements; to provide notice of intention to authorize such lighting and improvements and to fix a time a place for protests against such lighting and improvements or the creation of said District, and related matters.
