Sat date of April 9, 1991 at 6:50 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance regarding Petition No. 400-891-91 submitted by the Children's Justice Center, requesting a zoning text change to allow the Children's Justice Center in a residential zone under the Conditional Use Review and Approval process.

3.    Resolution: East Jordan Canal Foot Bridge

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County to issue a revocable permit to the County to install a wooden foot bridge across the East Jordan Canal at approximately 2150 Fardown Avenue.

4.    Resolution: Watermain Extension No. 33-C-929-1

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake city Corporation and Salt Lake County to construct a watermain extension within the County roads located on Plateau Drive from Cascade Way to Teton Drive, a distance of approximately 1,242 feet.

5.    Resolution: Watermain Extension No. 33-C-1451
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County to construct a watermain extension within the County roads located on Highland Drive from Spring Lane to 5600 South Street, a distance of approximately 2,350 feet.

1.    Ordinance: Chapter 17.04 Watershed Areas

Set date of April 9, 1991, at 6:30 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending and restating Article I of Chapter 4 of Title 17 and enacting Article VII of Chapter 4 of Title 17 of the Salt Lake City Code, relating to the new Canyon Water Sales Ordinance.

Consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 64 of Title 18 dealing with demolishing buildings.

        2.    Resolution: SID 38-854/1991 Central Business Street
Beautification
Consider adopting a resolution to create Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-854, as described in the Notice of Intention concerning the District, and authorizing the City Officials to proceed to make improvements as set forth in the Notice of Intention of create the District.

3.      Resolution: SID 40-R-18/Rose Park and 900 West Street
        Consider adopting a resolution to create Salt Lake City, Utah
        Special Improvement District No. 40-R-18, as described in the
        Notice of Intention concerning the District and authorizing the
        City Officials to proceed to make improvements as set forth in the
        Notice of Intention to create the District.

4.     Resolution: SID 40-R-18/Concrete Replacement

Consider adopting a resolution conditionally accepting a bid for
construction work and, subject to approval of the City Engineer,
authorizing execution of a construction contract with________for constriction of improvements of Salt Lake city, Utah Special
Improvement District No. 40-R-18 (the "District"); providing for
construction of improvements on certain streets in said city
including removal and replacement of defective concrete sidewalk,
driveway aprons, curb, gutter and appurtenances, construction of
new curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway aprons and all other
miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; for
issuance of interim warrants and for the addition of the interest
thereon to assessable costs and related matters.

5.      Ordinance: Street Lighting District No. 3
        Consider adopting an ordinance levying a tax and providing for the
        assessment of property in Salt lake City, Utah Special Lighting
        District No. 3 (the "District"), for a period of three (3) years;
        establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related
        matters.
